Rolling Sheet Doors

Amarr’s top-of-the-line insulated steel door, offering premium features such as superior triple-layer construction of heavy 24-gauge steel with WeatherGuard Pro-Bond to protect against heat and cold.

Solid steel construction is the basis for the Model 1000.

Two tough steel skins surround 2 inches of CFC-free polystyrene insulation. In addition, a thermal break creates a barrier to keep heat and cold from transferring through the door. Each Model 1000 features heavy-duty hardware for smooth operation. To help resist dents, the outer steel skin is made of strong 24-gauge steel and the interior skin is made of 27-gauge steel. The interior and exterior faces of the door feature stucco embossing and the exterior has shallow ribs. The Model 1000 is available prepainted in Commercial White.

Amarr’s Model 1380 features two steel skins surrounding 1 3/8" inches of CFC-free polystyrene.

Each skin is made of 27-gauge steel to provide a solid wall of protection from the elements. Our 4-step insulation system features insulation, weather-stripping, thermal break, and tongue and groove construction for a snug fit between sections. The exterior face is stucco embossed and ribbed with shallow grooves. The interior surface is stucco embossed. Model 1380 is available prepainted in Commercial White.

Amarr Models 2000, 2400, and 2500 are the industry workhorses and our most versatile door models.

These open-back commercial steel doors are available in a variety of steel gauges and feature tongue and groove construction with a bottom weatherseal to guard against the elements. These doors can be factory- or field-modified with CFC-free polystyrene insulation to fit the needed application.

The Model 2700 is Amarr’s top-of-the-line high R-Value door designed exclusively for the Commercial and Industrial sectional overhead door market.

It is constructed using foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation which creates a strong monolithic panel that is energy efficient.
Each Model 2700 is secured with standard 14-gauge, galvanized steel hinges. The interior skin of each section has two continuous horizontal 20-gauge reinforcing strips. The section joint is thermally broken and chemically bonded with a pressure-sensitive adhesive sealant. An EPDM rubber weather seal further enhances the performance of the joint.

Aluminum full-view door

Amarr’s aluminum door is constructed of 2" thick extruded aluminum rails and stiles and can be fitted with solid aluminum panels or full-view glass. Perfect for service stations or fire stations - our aluminum door creates a clean look for any facility

Rolling Steel Service Doors

The standard of the industry, the 4000 Series provides excellent security and years of worry free operation. It is available in three steel gauges (18, 20, and 22), depending on the width of the door. The door is available in a durable standard gray finish, which resists abrasions and eliminates the need to paint.

Insulated Rolling Steel Service Doors

In applications where climate control is a must, the 4100 Series provides the protection you need. Maximum energy efficiency is obtained by placing solid insulation between the exterior and interior galvanized steel skins.

Rolling Steel Service Fire Doors

Rolling Grilles

For a clean look that provides maximum visibility and outstanding security, the 4300 Series rolling grilles have the strength to assure property protection. By using 5/16" solid aluminum rods instead of hollow rods, these models are built to stand up to extensive use and deter potential intruders.

Rolling Steel Counter Doors

Designed specifically for the counter, these doors come standard with 10" brackets, 20,000 cycle oil tempered torsion springs, box shaped guides for a clean and professional appearance, and a tubular bottom bar that conceals the locking mechanism. These doors are available in steel, stainless steel, and anodized aluminum. Optional sills and trim are available on all models.

Rolling Steel Counter Fire Doors

These doors have all of the protective features of the full sized fire door, but are designed with the professional elegance desired from a counter door. The doors come standard with box shaped guides for a clean and professional appearance. A tubular bottom bar conceals the locking mechanism. These doors are available in steel and stainless steel. Optional sills and trim are available on all models.

Medium Duty Rolling Steel Service Doors

The 5700 series rolling steel service door provides a medium-duty service door at the economical price-point of sheet door. The curtains are constructed of individual 3" slats that provide strength and security that can easily be repaired in high traffic applications.

Self Storage Door

Perfect for most storage facilities, the Model 5501 offers excellent performance and reliability at an economical price. This model features 21 different colors, extruded aluminum bottom bar with structural steel angle, and galvanized steel guides that are hot dipped for maximum strength and rust resistance. The Model 5501 is available in sizes starting as small as 3' wide.

Light-Duty Sheet Door

Our Model 5536 is economical and durable. This model is an excellent choice for most light-duty commercial applications. The 9-1/2" galvanized steel drums allow this door to fit in headroom requirements as low as 15". The Model 5536 is available in 21 colors, has dual galvanized steel slide locks, and galvanized steel guides. When cost is a major consideration, the Model 5536 is designed to be economical without sacrificing performance, craftsmanship, or aesthetics.

Heavy-Duty Sheet Door

Engineered for high cycle applications, the Model 5601 is a great door for most docks or warehouses. The Model 5601 is available in 21 colors and features dual galvanized steel slide bolt locks, structural steel wall mounting brackets, steel bearing shaft support, 12" drum assembly, and heavy-duty galvanized steel guides.

Heavy-Duty Wind Load Certified Sheet Door

Manufactured to withstand wind speeds up to 140 mph, the Model 5652 can help protect property and products in storm prone areas. The Model 5652’s UHMW nylon windlocks provide maximum protection without sacrificing ease of operation. This door is also perfect for oversized commercial applications up to 20' wide. The Model 5652 is available in 21 colors, has dual galvanized steel slide locks, and heavy-duty galvanized steel guides.
